"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"came over during time window that he gave us.  Checked refrigerator, which is old and had been making increasing amounts of noise when it runs.  He said nothing needed repair; something was vibrating and creating the noise so he adjusted it.  It is much quieter now.  Since it is 30+ years olds we had expected it would be a big repair or even not fixable.  He charged only an extremely small charge for coming over and checking it.  Much, much less than I expected.

"Mr. Tegge could not have been nicer,  he arrived just as he said he would to give me an estimate.  He spent considerable time answering my questions and discussing my roof and it's long term maintenance.  I have had the pleasure of working with him before and this time was no exception.  When his team arrived to work on the roof, gutters and power washing they were courteous and did a beautiful job.  My house looked like it had just been painted.  Every thing had been cleaned up and looked wonderful.It is a pleasure to work with him and I do not plan on contacting anyone else for any renovations or repairs I may need in the future.  As we are new to the area it is a pleasure to have met someone who is trustworthy and capable.Thanks again!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Scheduled appointment and was contacted by company and they asked one question "Is this a wall oven" and once I said yes she said sorry we can't help you and appointment will be cancelled. I was left in shock. Would like that they mention that somewhere on Home Advisor not to waste my time or theirs in the future."
