"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

He knew that this was a project he could handle, and we were confident in his knowledge and ability to meet our needs.   <br /> I ripped off the deck to expose the patio for him to repair.  He came back ~2 weeks later to complete the repair.  He accomplished this on a Sunday, in 2-3 hours.  Clearly explained what he was doing, and what he did to accomplish it.  Said the work would be warrantied from the home office, and to call him back if there were any leaks and he would give it another seal. <br /> Overall, we were happy with the project, and glad we found Jay!  Would recommend he take a look at your project in the future. <br />"
