"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"Gary and his brother did the difficult job in one day on my third floor, walkup apartment.  The installation was very well done; I found no defects.  Scraping the old, disintegrated  pad off of the wood floor took much effort and time.  The space was complex; it required two long seams which are now invisible.  They cleaned up well and hauled away the old materials.  It now looks great!

"They did a fabulous job. Our ice maker leaked last June. Through the insurance company we were sent a contractor that after a refinishing job it was terrible. They rebuffed it and it was worse. After an independent inspector examined our floors it was determined that the floors were faulty. We then had J&B Hardwood Floors come in and they did an awesome job. They were professional, their workers had extensive experience, they checked with us at various intervals and gave us excellent advice on the after care for when the floors were still curing. I could not have been happier. The only rating I could not answer above was the pricing as our insurance paid for the work and I didn't know the cost."

He was the only one to focus on the challenges of the subfloor work and the special focus on the stairs as an important component of the job. He was professional, followed up on every detail daily, and delivered what he said he would, always on time. His installer, Terrrance was of the highest order. His attention to detail and excellence as a craftsman was top order. He showed up every day as established, and frankly far exceeded our expectations on every aspect of the installation. Finally, we appreciated Todd's follow up, attention to detail, and he always went the extra step to ensure our satisfaction.
