"This experience was great!  I called about the special I saw on Angie's List and made an appointment.  He asked me to text the address because he was on the road and I did.  Richard showed up exactly when we agreed and re-keyed the locks as agreed.  He was also able to tell me how long it would take him which was nice because I was on my lunch break.
He even answered a couple more questions throughout the time he was there! (I asked about how to get the storm door keys.)  He is very pleasant and worked around other contractors in the home.
