"This water heater install was not an emergency, yet Zach had a man on the job in an hour after I called him. Outstanding service and price. I had quo"

"We have used MMG several times. From the installation of our heat pump, to repairing the supply lines on our water heater. We always receive fast courteous service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that requires any of the services they offer."

"Sean did my service and he was exceptional. Very communicative about arrival time, did installation/repair quickly and price was very fair. Also, was able to schedule online, which was awesome, and was able to see me within the week!"

"Went Great! Tuesday afternoon Adkins Plumbing stopped by to evaluate all issues. Adkins Plumbing made a special trip to Charleston WV to purchase Water Heater, Water and Gas Valves 24 hours from Initial evaluation everything was Installed and Done!"

"I completed the online request for quotes and received a call from Hinton Plumbing almost immediately (on a Sunday). They sent two men who removed the old water heater and installed the new one, cleaned up and hauled off the old one. Fast, efficient and since the unit was situated under the house approx. 50 ft. from the access point, the charge was very reasonable. I would hire them again if needed."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."

"We called Machen for an estimate to tear off our old roof on our house and detached garage. They were very responsive and Jodi even came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable regarding the materials and products we needed, and we were impressed that he actually climbed the roof to take all of the measurements, where other contractors we had contacted did not. The estimate we received was fair considering that the roof deck would need wrapped and the amount of ice guard we needed. Jodi and his team were on time every day and got right to work. They took their time on the job and were very conscientious about the work performed to ensure it was done correctly. Jodi takes a lot of pride in ensuring the job site remains neat and takes a lot of care to ensure they thoroughly clean up before leaving for the day. We ran into heavy rain halfway through the project and Jodi even came out on the weekend to ensure that the roof was water tight before the rain hit. The new roof looks great and we are very pleased with the end result!"

"The 2 men that came were very professional and polite.  They cleaned up after themselves and even took my old water heater away.  I would use them over and over."
