"The serviceman who arrived for the job, Richie, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in checking and re-lighting my furnace. He communicated very well what needed to be done for the inspection and even showed me step-by-step how to light the pilot myself for future reference—great info to know! He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace). Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time.
