"I found Regency Design and Build on Angie's list and based on my discussions with Norm and the detailed quality of the proposal he gave me, I decided to hire them for the major upgrades at my home in Solon. I live out of state, so it was important to hire a company that knew what they were doing, is ethical, honest, and loved my home as much as I did. The crew including Eli, Nicole, Mo, Charlie, and Lisa were incredibly generous with their time and TLC. Norm did a number of video calls with me to show me the status of my work and Eli took lots of pictures and loaded them to their Buildertrend website so I could view them. Nicole was phenomenal with the calendar, scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping me apprised of the job completion status and the team overall ESPECIALLY NORM went above and beyond to address my concerns and needs.
