"Service man arrived promptly. Quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a contactor ($25.00 item) and replaced a capacitor ( a $15.00 item). This work took about 30 minutes. Charged $478.00. I think this was extreme overcharge."

"MIKE WALKER WAS AWESOME. THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT SERVICE DONE RIGHT. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WAS NOT PUSHY. HE LETUS TALK OVER DIFFRENT PLANS. WHEN HE STARTED WORK HE WAS EFFICIENT. HE WORE COVERINGS FOR HIS FEET, FOR LESS DIRT TRAFFIC. HE FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE DID NOT SMOKE OR PLAY LOUD MUSIC. WE WERE ABSOLUTELY PLEASED, HE REALLY KNEW HIS JOB, AND DID IT WELL. THANK YOU FOR SENDING SOMEONE WHO WAS THOROUGH AND ABLE TO EXPLAIN THINGS AS WE WENT. HE LEFT THE LAUNDRY ROOM CLEAN AND THE PRO QUALITY GAS HEATER WAS A PERFECT SIZE. THANK YOU. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE FOR PLUMBING NEEDS."

"I called Rogers out because my AC unit had started freezing over. Brandon came out for the initial visit and explained what was going and that it appeared I had a leak somewhere in the line. He was very professional while visiting and I asked him to give me options for replacement since my unit was older. He presented a few options and explained the pros/cons to each and broke down the pricing very clearly for me. I never felt like there was a push for any of the choices, or for replacement overall, simply options of what was available and would make the most sense for me. When the installers came out they were both also very professional and very kind with my young children who were curious. They were very cautious not to track anything inside of the house and cleaned up every piece of paper and strip of wire when the left. The install was clean, everything was explained very well to my wife and I as far as features and operation, and we were overall very happy with the entire experience. They are new in our area, but we will only be calling them in the future."

"They were efficient and replacing my leaking outdoor faucet and most reasonably priced would recommend their services"

"The owner, is technically competent. I have technical background and I bombarded Brendan with lot of questions on scientific and mathematical and technical functions of heat pump, but Brendan immediately came up with satisfactory technical and scientific responses which cleared doubts and gave me optimism. Brendan and his team made feasibility study at the house and took measurements to ascertain the size of the heat pump and necessary modifications to the existing system in order to make new heat pump and system work efficiently with low costs of electricity and maintenance and with very low noise!!! The installation done by Brendan and his team appeared to be supported with stability. Trial run of new system initially made the team of Freedom Heating & Air to do fine tuning and now the system is working comfortably with very low noise, etc ."

"Very good! Chris called me almost immediately after I registered on Angie's List. I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! Come on guys! Chris with B&B came by the next day (Monday), we talked and he offered to replace my current Goodman units with slightly better rated ones for $4500 and would do it the next day! He and his assistance were done in under the 3 hours the next day that Chris said it would take. Very happy with the products and the services so far!! He even honored the $100 coupon that was on your site."

"On time or sooner, professional conduct and good workmanship before and after the project."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
