"I was fortunate enough to find Magic Garage Cleaners when I was looking for a company to clean out my basement. The basement was not finished, and had 20+ years of dirt and junk all over the place. Dave and his crew cleaned out the whole basement, and then cleaned out my garage. I was so happy with their work that I had them come back and remodel my entire basement. They ripped out the old/unfinished stuff and put in new sheetrock, flooring, ceilings, fresh paint, etc. The basement looks wonderful and I now have a home gym and plenty of storage space. I hired an electrician who did all the lighting and completed the new look. I now have Dave and his crew back and they are remodeling my garage including a new roof, gutters and leaders, shelving, windows, and doors. I already have a list of other repair/remodel/painting jobs I will use them to complete. Not only do they do a professional job, they are very pleasant to deal with while doing the work. They are always on time and Dave is the most responsive person who has ever done work in my house. He is on site for the job and, if he is not on site, he is readily available by phone, text, or email. He responds immediately to any questions or concerns. It is so refreshing to have a contractor who is so responsive; so many of them disappear and don't return calls. He stays in constant contact throughout the job and does what he promises to do. Another nice touch if you can't be present while the work is being completed, Dave continually checks in with you and sends photos of the work as it is being completed. This is a reliable company that I will continue to use and certainly recommend."

"Dominick from D&J Construction just finished a screened-in, covered 20’x20’ deck for us. It’s amazing! We couldn’t be happier. Dominick deserves a lot of credit for persevering through the pandemic, which led to substantial labor shortages for him. He would usually have multiple crews going, and was down to himself and one other person through most of the construction, and did much of this work himself. Thank you Dominick! We definitely appreciate your sticking with us through this pandemic and finding a way to get this done. Dominick also dealt with significant material shortages, having to run to another state at times just to pick up additional material. Dominick does a great job in treating his customers right; he listens, is courteous, friendly and was accommodating of what we were wanting to do as well as some last-minute changes. The quality of the work was terrific, and we really appreciated Dominick’s attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the end result, and the inspectors were pretty impressed as well. Dominick’s quote was very competitive, and he managed really well to that budget. Dominick is very capable, and handled a pretty large job for us from soup to nuts. He arranged an architect for us to work with, and took care of permits, inspections, managing multiple sub-contractors, and construction from footings to framing to finish work. We’ve struggled with general contractors who’ve put us in the middle of working with sub-contractors; Dominick definitely does not do that; he manages the job end to end. I’d highly recommend Dominick to anyone, especially for bigger jobs where you need an extremely capable contractor."

Fleres got back to me in 15 minutes, and provided me with a ton of information that helped guide me to the right place. He provided contact information to other resources. His willingness to help even though he would not earn a dime from me was awesome. If we was willing to help me in that way, image how attentive and honest he is to his paying customers. "Contractor responded to my request for an estimate in 24 hours.  Estimate was very detailed in services to be rendered.  Estimate on higher end of the three roofers who submitted estimates but Double D received excellent on-line reviews, an A+ rating from the BBB and has a GAF master elite roofer certification. The roofing crew came on time, was very professional, performed job in one day. Cleaned up the property very well, using magnets to pick up loose nails, swept driveway and sidewalks.  Would highly recommend. <br />"

"<p>They couldn't have been more professional! Dealing with them was a pleasure; they arrived at the agreed upon time and commenced with their work.  All the gentlemen were very hard working as the footings needed to be dug by hand and very precise.  The job they did was exceptional.</p> <p>The only (minor) issue I had is that they recommended moving the slab further back from my driveway and installing an apron from the driveway to the slab.  I agreed with their suggestion and told them to go ahead with it.  They installed the slab and left.  I  waited a week then called asking when they would return to install the apron.  They indicated, the apron was not in the original estimate and the apron would cost an additional  $1,000 (even though they used less concrete for the slab than originally estimated).  I wondered why they would recommend something and not indicate the additional expense.  At this point, I had no choice but to come up with the additional $1,000 since I couldn't easily get to the garage without the apron.</p> <p>The bottom line is they are a great company to work with; they did a wonderful job at a reasonable price.  The township representatives who came inspect their work (required) indicated their jobs have always been done well.</p> <br />"

"Very happy with the new bath in functionality for the home and the children.  Easy suppliers, simple coordination, great materials, good workmanship.  Would ask them to do additional work when we need it.  Recommend them.  All issues and concerns handled quickly.  Only wish it was completed quicker but understand there were unknowns and unforeseen conditions discovered during demolition that required revising plans, relocating plumbing/elec/HVAC from original plans.  They responded quickly and kept us informed of what was going on next.  We didnt like some of the spackle work and they had the guy back out with additional hands and made it what we wanted.  Had issues with scratches and damage to hardwood floor in hall adjacent to bath work.  No problem, got floor guy to us and offered to cover cost for repairs/refinish.  Nothing ever goes perfect, but they stand by their word and did what they said they would do to make it right.  Hard to find that now days.  Also, carpenter hung new door for us, electrician installed new light fixture and fan in other bedroom.  They made themselves available to help us fix up our home while they were in the house for the main job. <br />"
