Keith did a thorough examination of our downstairs and advised me of my mold issue which happened to be pretty minor. He took a lot of time to tell me how to get rid of the issue on my own and how to prevent the issue from occurring again, knowing that his company wasn't going to get a dime from me since I would be taking care of the minor issue on my own.
