If I didn't know better, I would have thought no work was done on my property. The team took the time to help me setup the app and explained exactly how the system worked. I was so pleased, I decided to have them install a system in my backyard. One really cool feature I wasn't expecting was the automating. The sprinkler is a smart sprinkler system. It tests the moisture in the ground and the weather and will not water the lawn if it doesn't need it. I didn't expect that. "Pressley turned the water off from outside and discovered the stem was broke. He could not get it turned back on all the way and had to call WSSC. WSSC came and turned if off the best they could and had to come out the next day. WSSC came the next day and replaced the stem, however after replacing the stem, the pressure was still low and WSSC recommended I call Presley back, which I did. I left a message and my call was never returned."
