I was a bit disappointed in that what I assumed would be included in the work wasn't. Although I was given a sheet of what was to be done, some things I assumed were standard weren't included. For example, the sheet said they would prime and paint which I assumed to be 2 coats of paint, but I had to pay extra for this as they only included one coat."
