He’s installed exterior crawl-space doors, caulked around bathroom fixtures, shaved our wooden doors so they’d be able to close again, and replaced door knobs, among other things. And today, he installed new fireplace doors to perfection. He works thoughtfully and carefully, finding the best solution for each issue, protecting the house from any damage (even when carrying large doors through narrow hallways!), and cleaning up after the work is done. "I called Garner to see if they could do the work. They looked at the window boxes, provided recommendations that it be covered with pvc that would last a long time, not need painting and could be sealed better than aluminum. They provided a qoute, along with the stipulation that rotten wood exposed when it was uncovered would be extra to replace. Their was a lot of detailed cutting of the pvc boards to rebuild the boxes. Some of the wood underneath did need to be replaced. The work they did was fantastic. The had to work around some weather issues, but it was completed quickly and we now have the best-looking window boxes in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Garner Roofing for roof work or replacing other trim on a house. Work and professionalism are high quality. They kept in touch with us throughout."
