"No remodel project goes perfectly but this one came darn close. Our designer, Fatih worked closely with us to come up with the perfect design and materials for our space. I loved the 3D image he provided so that we could fully envision the finished product. I also appreciated that there were no hidden costs. VKB fully disclosed the cost of every item/material. The project manager, Adam walked through the project on the first day and stayed in contact with us (day/evening) to ensure our satisfaction. The CREW, led by Walker was AMAZING!!! I can't say enough about the tile work. The young man spent days in our home working on the floor and shower and it came out beautifully. The other crew members produced similar quality work. The only negative is that sometimes the garbage from the job stayed in our driveway a little longer than we would have liked but, it was a small price to pay for such a beautiful bathroom Can't wait to use VKB again for our hall bath which we hope to start in the fall. Wonderful experience!"

Dave took his time with us, answering all of our questions and concerns, and we had several with the quirks of and old home. "The Owner, Robert, promptly met with us to evaluate and provide and estimate for the Job and outbid estimates from 4 other companies.  His crew showed up promptly at 8:30 a.m., introduced themselves and began prepping for work.  Robert showed up shortly thereafter to supervise and reiterate the job assignment.  The crew of about 5 gentlemen excavated only a necessary portion of our front lawn and strategically maintained our bushes and garden that sat above a portion of the water main line. They installed a brand new copper line through our basement wall replacing the old line that ran through the floor.  The interior looks much better cosmetically. The crew took care to level out the soil on the lawn, plant grass seeds, and covered the excavated area with a straw screen. Everyone was courteous and cleaned up well.  Robert was very helpful in offering advice on other plumbing related "do it yourself" projects, when asked, without trying to use it as an opportunity to sell more of his services.  The job was completed in approximately 4 hours.  I was impressed overall and most importantly my wife was pleased with the results.  Thanks Rob and the crew!
