They provided me with multiple renderings to show me what the bathrooms would look like (I changed my mind a lot!). That really helped me see the project and what to expect the final outcome to be. Not only were they very professional but they were very patient with me and understanding of my budget. So, i decided to hire them for the job. We had the work start while we were out of the country and within that two weeks they were able to get the entire project within a few days of completion! I trusted their team to be home while I was gone. They were very courteous of my home and the mess the demolition made. I would highly recommend PCB for any project! "Felipe and his crew did a large project for me (back porch) and myriad smaller items to repair our new home. Short version: I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them, but you need to be engaged. They are not a set-and-forget crew. In general, the quality of the work is high. The porch is exactly as we imagined it and we're quite happy. The only issues I have with some of the work is the fit and finish. Roofing nails missing the joists weren't redone, so now there are nails hanging into my porch. The ramset nails they used to attach the base plate to the concrete pad had some kind of wax/rubber around them which wasn't completely removed prior to painting, so there are weird nubs sticking up on the base plate. Some of the screws on door moulding weren't puttied over. The biggest issue I had with them was communication and scheduling. Felipe forgot a few parts of the project and things got dropped a few times. It worked out because I was paying close attention, but I think he may just have too much going on so things will fall between the cracks. Scheduling was a regular issue. Our project took place right outside of our bedroom, so we wanted to know the night before if they would be there. It was about 50/50 whether they'd give us that heads up. They also broke an expensive high security lock and I was not reimbursed or discounted. On the scale of the project, it was a rounding error in cost, but it's the principle of the matter on that one."

"The technician arrived promptly.  We walked through the house to look at what was to be done, and I provided him with a written list (which I never saw again). The actual patching was very well done, but the texturing on about half the patches was not very good. I felt the need to remind the technician about some of the patches, and I had to touch up about three of the deeper patches later. Cleanup was reasonably well done with a broom and dustpan, except for one of the patches where there were bits of old drywall left on the floor. After I vacuumed, all was again in order.  I had the feeling that the quality of cosmetic work became lower as time went on.
In summary, the structural part of the patches was very well done, but the cosmetic part of the job was not.
