The ONLY feedback I would share: There seems to be a disconnect between the person who calls and the person who is dispatched - similar to landscapers that outsource. The gentleman that showed up ONLY worked the garage door/opener piece, and wasn't who would handle things like the garage SIDE door or structure or flooring. Ideally, the one that calls (if they are the most knowledgeable) is doing a full assessment of everything needed, then dispatching one or two guys to tackle whatever, OR make sure that all guys are at least basic aware of level of effort for other work and can coordinate."

Jim came to my home on Monday evening and determined that the opener could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. "The door spring on our garage door broke. Luckily, both my wife's and my cars were both out of the garage when it would open, so it wasn't an urgent need to get the spring replaced. However, when I called A.N.D., they were able to send their repairmen out the next day. It didn't cost anything to have them come out, like other services. They confirmed the door spring needed to be replaced, which would cost about $190. They did a free inspection of the rest of the garage door and discovered two gears in the motor were also broken, so they replaced them, as well. In total the cost was $279 and they were able to fix the door in less than an hour. One of the repairmen, Dan or David I think, did an excellent jobs explaining why the broken parts were important to the garage door, along with other areas they were inspecting for damage.
