"they are coming back to repair above side door no calking was done at their installation and we have a squaky window that has been that way since installed. Roofing has nothing to do with us."

"The installers never took a break. One worked outside and the other installer carried the new windows to him andcarried all the old windows away. By 4:00 pm they had 8 windows done and working correctly."

"Excellent service and work done in a timely manner. Would most definitely use JB GLASS for future window repairs and will be recommending them to all our friends. Great job Joe! Adrian Voeller Port Washington, WI"

"We replaced all the windows in our home (22 total), including 2 basement casements and 2 garage). We also replaced our entry door. The salesman was great but a little too "hard sell." He was determined to leave with a signed contract. It is good that his visit was the last of 4 that I had arranged, so I knew exactly what I needed and wanted. The windows came in sooner than we expected. The installation was fast, but split up, as the front door came in after the windows. The two installation teams were phenomenal. Zero mess, zero damage to the existing frames. The second team also did the front door, with equal care and workmanship. Upon inspection, 3 of the glass panes and very fine interior scratches. The project manager ordered replacements and these were switched out seamlessly. Overall, I highly recommend Empire. Since our windows have a lifetime warranty, I won't need them again for that! However, I would use them again for other projects."

"Met with Christian in mid-November for a walkthrough and estimate for work needed prior to placing the home up for sale. The repair was extensive as well as costly. I did my due diligence and decided to have Renew Basement Repair do my basement repair. From start to completion their professionalism was on display with each aspect of the task. Each member of the crew knew what needed to be done and executed their duties with precision. Senior Rivera has put together a wonderful team of skilled professionals who understand their assignments and know how to work together as a team. I am pleased with the work of Don Victor, Christian, Victor Jr., Chapo, Adon and Alberto. Should your basement need repair and want professionals to do it, hire Renew Basement Repair."

"The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked."

"This spring of 2020 I had all 24 windows of my 1990 colonial saltbox home replaced. I found Empire on HomeAdvisor and chose them because of their reviews. While Empire leads with their vinyl windows, I wanted something more for my home... since they sell many different manufactures, I went with Pella Architect Series. First the price was lower from Empire than it was from Pella of Wisconsin. The most important part of getting new windows is the installation (assuming you got the right windows). The team lead by George K were absolutely outstanding. George always took his shoes off in the house, to was meticulous in detail, he takes pride in his work and expected that from the team he worked with. My garage was cleaner when they left from when they found it (sweeping up). He made sure it was done right! That's what you want on your house. Melissa the owner stopped by a few times to check on the work. She's really easy to work with. She knows from experience that "something" unexpected will happen and she assured it would be handled. Well "something" did happen, we got a damaged window from Pella and there was one window that was the wrong size. Melissa and George immediately handled it and fixed everything. Empire is a local business, not a national chain. I'm very happy with the outcome... and I'm one of those picky Engineering types! Great Job Melissa, George, Lenny and team behind the scenes! Thank you!"

"Went over and above what was expected to solve repairs needed. Total professionals!"

"Cris is great! We have gone with Champion prior and we called specifically to have him come back out when we needed to replace our picture window. He is great at explaining everything and answering questions. 10/10 would recommend him if you are going thru champion."

"The sales person, Kyle Walsh, was friendly, knowledgeable, on time and gave us a good price with no up-selling. If you want quality windows without being had, definitely give them a call."
