"Awesome, Chais, the lead on the facia, soffit, gutter repair/rebuild was the best! It was a difficult job, because of the need to tear down the existing facia & soffit. He did an amazing job. He was punctual, responsive, answered all my questions, asked questions when he needed to. Communicated with us every day on what was going to happen, what did happen. Very professional! Roofers completed both roofs in one day! Would highly recommend. Pricey, but you get what you pay for, and I got the best! Plus their warranty can't be beat."

"We replaced all the windows in our home (22 total), including 2 basement casements and 2 garage). We also replaced our entry door. The salesman was great but a little too "hard sell." He was determined to leave with a signed contract. It is good that his visit was the last of 4 that I had arranged, so I knew exactly what I needed and wanted. The windows came in sooner than we expected. The installation was fast, but split up, as the front door came in after the windows. The two installation teams were phenomenal. Zero mess, zero damage to the existing frames. The second team also did the front door, with equal care and workmanship. Upon inspection, 3 of the glass panes and very fine interior scratches. The project manager ordered replacements and these were switched out seamlessly. Overall, I highly recommend Empire. Since our windows have a lifetime warranty, I won't need them again for that! However, I would use them again for other projects."

"There are many good things to say about Empire Home Remodeling. To begin the process, we selected three local window vendors. All three came to our house to explain their product line. We don't buy solely on price. Empire had the most professional presentation of the three we considered and we felt no high pressure from the sales rep. Price wise they offered the best product of the vendors at what we felt was a fair price. We were able to purchase triple pane glass for the same price the others were offering for double pane, glass, plus some additional benefits. Windows came with a lifetime transferable warranty. This can be a benefit when selling ones property. We felt confident that the measurements were accurate as they double checked before placing the window order. They were willing to work to our schedule as we had some major issues confronting us when it came time for the install. When it came time for installation the installer was very concerned that things were done right. He was very neat and left our premises in great shape.
