"Everyone on the Black and White team is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to quality results. Greg took the time to help us pick the right options for our needs, wants, and budget, working around the unique quirks of our 40-year-old home. His team was very courteous, quiet, and clean. Greg checked in on progress frequently and worked alongside the team often, which impressed me. After dealing with other contractors, Black and White is truly a breath of fresh air: honest, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring we were happy with the results."

"I’m an out of state investor when a pipe burst in one of my homes. I wasn’t aware of this issue until days later and by that time the water had completely destroyed some of the brand new flooring, drywall, paint, etc. I got estimates from several contractors and Dave’s bid was very reasonable/competitive. He was able to start working on it within a week of the bid and completed the entire restoration in two days along with correcting the sub par job my plumber did on replacing the broken pipe which he did free of charge. Quality work and goes above and beyond what I expected and paid for. 100% Recommend!"

"The contractor was Courteous and professional."

"I enjoyed working with Beau. He understood exactly what I wanted done. He make a few suggestions which kept me from making some major mistakes (like locking in my fridge if I extended the island). Beau communicated with me regularly through the whole process.. The different teams did I great job. Again, they worked closely with me to be sure the outcome would match my vision. I love my house. I would not change one thing that was done.. My home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, formal living and dining, family room, breakfast room, laundry room, and kitchen (3000 sq ft). It took a total of 10 weeks to be the job completed due to the carpet selected being on back order. My only complain was the wholesaler used. Not all the items I selected was not ordered and the quantities were not correct on a few things. This lead to the delay in completion of the project. This was not on Beau."

"Brandon and his team were uber professional and timely on the repairs. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing remodeling and repair work done."

"The owner has tremendous vision of space and design, quickly assimilated my needs, suggestions, and ideas into a plan. We experienced some intermittent delays, but found all materials, selections, and colors available. When i made a change in colors on a couple different materials, Shane did not complain, but assigned his crew to follow up, to our satisfaction. The overall job extended past the initial proposed completion. I am convinced no one else could have done the work as well as he and his crew. He coached and guided through material selection, while allowing us to have great wide range of choices in texture, color, and design. I am indeed so pleased with the remodeled space that I invite people to come in to see it even if they've seen it before. We waited a long time to renovate, with outstanding results. Thank you Shane, Alex, Danny, Luis, and each of those behind the scenes that made it happen."
