I received a call a month later from the electrician who needed to install the outlet for the dehumidifier. I had been told the job was complete and they had asked for payment in full. I was outraged to realize that the work had not been completed a month after they said it was. I reached out to the company to express my concerns and they have yet to contact me. "Went very well. The company was a pleasure to deal with in all respects and did what they said, on schedule. It was a major job that involved excavating under a porch and extending drainage lines way into the back yard, completed over a couple of weeks. At the end of the project, I believed that the slope of a section of the reconstructed front walk was not quite right. Randy had his guys back out here within a couple of days to redo it. We'd had a major water problem in the basement since buying the house over 10 years ago. CWI did the waterproofing in the spring, and we've had a couple of long, heavy rains since then. Basement is now completely dry."

"So like a number of other house, we had sinking front concrete steps. Our sizable front stairs had sunk about 6 inches and pull the attached walk with it. It got to the point we just had to have them replaced. I checked out various options for having them mud-jacked, but my concern was that that would not really fix the issue for the long term and they would just end up sinking again. After getting several bids we went with Tavis at Quality Concrete and Masonry. They weren't the cheapest bid but seemed the most trustworthy and had the best plan to make sure the problem did not re-occur. Tavis started on a Tuesday and was essentially work complete by Saturday. His work was very high quality. Because of the site, amount of concrete, etc. he used 1.5" rebar instead of the standard 0.5" rebar to tie the steps to the house. ( I've never even seen 1.5" rebar before.) Site was left clean each day and the final product exceeded our expectations."
