"Kevin and his team did an outstanding job restoring our basement bathroom. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, careful, and thorough. I was particularly concerned about moisture getting into the tub area, and Kevin’s team went above and beyond to find the right set of tub and walls to fit our basement. They even had to return one set because it didn’t fit, and I was really impressed with their ability to pivot and ensure we had the best solution. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Kevin was very proactive, mostly texting us each day to let us know when to expect them and being flexible if I had traffic issues. They worked diligently every day over two weeks to complete the restoration, and their attention to detail really showed in the final result. I’m honestly surprised by how much I love the basement bathroom now! I didn’t think I would care much about it since it’s in the basement, but the quality of work has truly transformed the space. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the work Kevin and his team did. They took the time to explain our options, addressed all of our concerns, and delivered a beautifully restored bathroom that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!"

"Barclay Construction looked at the job of repairing plaster ceilings and painting the ceilings, walls, and trim for 7 rooms in our home the day after I contacted them. They began the job 1 week after the contract was finalized. They estimated that the job would take 2 weeks to complete. They assigned 3 painters to the job. All painters did a very good job and were excellent in fine detail. They did second coats as needed to make the paint coverage prefect. The repaired ceilings look like new. As promised, the job was completed in 2 weeks. They removed empty paint cans, plastic tarps, and clean up materials the day after the paint job was completed. I was pleased with the final product, and the house looks great. I plan to contact them in the spring for exterior work."

"Not enough can be said about the integrity, ethic, and dedication of Leo and his crew. To make a long story short. Talk is cheap and few people actually live up to the hype. We had 6 people come look at the roof before meeting Leo. Five ran away without even a quote. So when Leo said I'll use commercial grade materials with a lifetime ownership warranty, and have it done in three days. In my head I laughed. "They did our basement right before Christmas. They did a fantastic job. They even helped me remove an old well pump that was in the way of their work. They were very professional and punctual. In the picture that shows the Pipe coming down the wall Water use to seep up through the floor there and over in the corner where the sump pump pit is in the corner it would actually run down the wall that is no longer happening. As you can see in the one picture the amount of water that was coming in as they were working was not a good thing as it had not rained in about a week."
