We have spent thousands on a lawyer after begging them to make it right, but they've refused to take responsibility of their negligence & are happy to have us spend more money trying to take them to court. "This review is for an Onyx shower only. They don?t read instructions and install everything how they see fit, from the walls, shelves and drain. Reluctant to fix anything, because it will be a complete redo. Instead, insist it is installed correctly, when it is not. Definitely will be issues down the road. If they do a shower for you, inspect their work carefully before your final payment. "
