Mike came out to run a camera through the lines and determined the causes of the blockage. I was given 5 different repair options and went with a hydro scrub. Every option was explained and pricing was transparent. I received a 2-yr parts and labor warranty with the work. The guys went above and beyond, even ran out to Home Depot at the end of a two-day job to buy bags of sand to fill in areas they hadn't even dug out.
