"I originally hired LJ&A to remove some 30+ year old stucco siding and replace with new vinyl siding and fix any rot there might be. The project expanded to include structural repairs. There was a considerable amount of hidden water damage and rot to the building. Lional and his friendly crew expertly advised and corrected all of the issues including re-framing and installing two new windows, repairing a rotted sill plate, and a structural beam. They used quality materials and the workmanship was first rate. While these necessary extra repairs added to the budget, none of it was a surprise. LJ&A's bid was fair and all the added value work they did was outstanding. They didn't try to gloss over major problems or take advantage and inflate the price of the job. This company is communicative, honest, and very professional, best of all they treated us like neighbors. I will use them for all my projects and recommend them."

"Nunez construction was extremely professional and reliable. I've hired them for painting and other cosmetic repairs on several occasions and was always pleased with the results. They work faster than many other GCs. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home refresh"

"We hired them to paint our townhouse in Greenpoint, repair the cornice, and install and paint a new stoop—and the work was exceptional from start to finish. They were meticulous about every detail, especially the cornice repair, which blended beautifully with the existing façade. The paintwork was crisp, even, and professionally finished throughout, and the new stoop looks fantastic—solid, cleanly installed, and perfectly painted. Just as impressive was how carefully they treated the property. They kept the work area organized each day and did an outstanding cleanup when everything was finished. It’s rare to find a contractor with this level of craftsmanship, care, and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality exterior work."

"I recently completed a significant apartment renovation with Mario from Allauca Construction. While the project started with a modest scope, it finished with a full gut renovation that included new flooring, kitchen appliances, full bathroom renovation, new wall and ceiling, doors, and recessed lighting. As an architect, I've worked with many contractors and Mario was a consummate professional throughout the construction. He completed the project on schedule and on budget. He also personally ensured that the work was executed at the highest quality standards. I would recommend Mario for anyone looking to renovate their home or apartment and I will certainly use his services again for my next project."

"Absolutely Thrilled with the Results, Thank you Milton! I couldn’t be happier with how my wooden floors turned out! They were dull, scratched, and lifeless — but after the revival service, they look brand new again. The team was professional, punctual, and took great care to protect the rest of my home during the process. You can really tell they take pride in their work. If your floors need a second life, this is the company to call. Highly recommended!"
