(CF&D) for working with us to replace our old covered cedar deck with a new deck made of the VEKA decking materials and a bead board ceiling on the overhead. It was a class operation from beginning to end. Our sales contact, Kevin, did an excellent job working with us as we waivered on options and changed the work order several times before settling on the final plan. Kevin was always very calm and patient and we never felt pressured by him. Danny, in the design department, also was a pleasure to work with as we continued to make changes at that point. Melissa, in scheduling, was also a pleasure, as she kept us apprised of the timing for the work. The crew that did the work was exemplary! It was a three-man crew that worked hard from the time they arrived at our home until the time they left each and every day. As we expected, their response was outstanding. Laura, our contact at CF&D for warranty repairs, sent a crew to verify the issues and there was no muss or fuss. "Very pleased with STLBuildPro. Over the last year we started out with a bid on plaster repair on and older STL Hills (mother's) home - but extended the bid to include roofing and tuck pointing. So pleased with those projects we accepted another bid on our home to build a deck with overhang, and then to repair basement drywall due to water damage. "Maris recently replaced our old wooden deck with a new composite Deckorators product and we could not be happier with how the project came out. First off the Sales presentation was great, more options than we had seen from previous companies. Once the contract was signed, their office team took over with helping with permits, speaking to our HOA and making sure we were in compliance with everyone. The product started on a Monday and was completed by the following Tuesday, the deck removed was 20x18 and multi level so a large removal. The new deck was 20x15 with stairs, all completed in just over a week and we could not be happier. I am sure there are cheaper options out there, but we would highly recommend Maris."
