You have a central office that then sends the various handyman out, they have various people that go out and do they work for them, but the office and the guy had to go out to eat. He called not only the day before the service to remind me, then he called the day of the service to see how it was going, and then the day after to see if everything was to my satisfaction. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup.
