"When we purchased our home in 2006, the kitchen was in MAJOR need of updating. We were recommended to Alessandra Custom Cabinets through a friend and contacted them immediately. The owner, Pete, was able to come over just days after we moved in to give us his opinion, as well as an extremely fair estimate for the job. Within just weeks, our kitchen was transformed from an over-the-top-faux painted design to a rich, cherry wood LUXE custom kitchen. Highly functional, soft-close drawers and doors were surrounded by GORGEOUS crown moldings, which made for an absolute stunner. The detail and craftsmanship from Alessandra were undoubtedly superb. We loved the work from Alessandra so much that when we decided to transform our ranch to a 2-story colonial we called them back to work again. We changed the look from cherry to a white shaker style to flow with our new open concept layout. Needless to say, once again the detail and design are beautiful. The custom hood range hood cover compliments the area tremendously. They were even able to re-use some of the older cabinets in a service area of our new home. Alessandra also built new cabinets for our wine room, our wet bar, and a 13x13 master closet. They also crafted an amazing coffered ceiling in our dining room, which catches everyone’s eye upon entering our home. "Greg did many jobs in my house- removed a load bearing wall, lay tiles for a new floor, drywall, removing a door, custom building closet cabinets, custom building a kitchen island. All of it was done with professionalism and satisfaction. The last job he did for me was to paint existing kitchen cabinets which ran into a problem with the paint colors not coming out right from the store. It took some time but he came back to the end with the last being the 6th time to make it right. I would definitely hire Greg again because he produces jobs that are high quality and long lasting solutions."

"4 minutes agoNEW Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness We decided to remodel our only full bathroom in our house as it was starting to crumble around us and we wanted to make sure the tub didn’t fall through the floor onto our kitchen! That’s how awful and that’s how much disrepair you would say my bathroom was in. We had to finally take the plunge. Not only is remodeling a bathroom from demolition to completion quite costly, it is also inconvenient not having access to bathing for a month! That said, we searched for the contractor to help us with this. Kosta came in the middle range of pricing. Not the highest and not the lowest. He seemed to be very experienced in how to manage the project. As it was during the pandemic and ordering supplies would take a long time, without even a commitment from us yet, he helped us order the materials and supplies we needed to complete the project. He stayed in touch to see how the orders were progressing and coached us on what and how to order everything, from tiles to hooks to sinks and tubs and plumbing fixtures and how they all differ. He understood my vision. Kosta is happy to do ALL the ordering of bathroom supplies, but I am VERY picky and wanted to make sure I ordered what I wanted and not leave it up to someone else to source the stuff. He was patient and coached us through the process (please note, again, this was all happening and we still had not awarded him the project!). Kosta is very smart not to start a project until all materials are on site. So I had a mission. When all the stuff arrived and we checked all the boxes, we called Kosta and told him we wanted to deposit and he had already reserved a spot for us in March 2022. We started talking to him Fall 2021. He never pushed us!!! He mentored us on his own time. That’s the level of professionalism you can expect from Kosta and his team. Family run business for many years in our area. We met the entire family! Dad and Brother are part of the team. Kosta and his brother took over the business from Dad. That said, mistakes were to a minimum because of proper planning and reviewing. His contractors were as professional as his core team. We will continue to use his plumber and electrician and already have for ancillary items. If there were any 11th hour changes or decisions that had to be made, he was transparent and brought it to our attention immediately. There we a couple of items that needed to be replaced or sourced at the last minute and Kosta was able to help me get things replaced, refunded and introduced me to his go to suppliers for some additional stone we wanted to add to the design at the last minute. The entire team couldn’t have been better. They were so respectful of our house and our family and of our privacy and of our animal!! We have a cat that does not go out. They were VERY mindful not to start any work until we put the cat away. Sometimes the guys would wait patiently while we had to find the cat to lock him upstairs for safety. They finished on time and on budget! Minimum last minute or unexpected changes. I’m a salesperson and project manager by trade and NO Contractor likes dealing with people who do what I do for a living and these guys were so confident in their ability to make even the most discerning customers happy, I had to give them the business. And boy am I glad I did!!"

They were very clear about the refacing procedure and it turned out beautifully. I got 2 other quotes from reputable companies and they charged thousands more for less services- like new drawer boxes that soft close and matching kick plates. Kitchen Magic is definitely the best and most cost effective in the industry."

"I purchased a big deal in May 2014 for 2 slide out shelves for $164, Scott got in touch with me & made an appointment to measure where the 2 shelves were going. Scott came on time, was very pleasant, took his measurements & told me there would be a wait of 4-6 weeks. I was fine with that, A few weeks later Scott called me to tell me one of the shelves came in with  a slight crack in it & he didn't want to give me the shelf in that condition, he could come & install the 1 good shelf & the other when it came in, I told him I wasn't in that much of a hurry & could wait, so he would only have to make one trip-(I live over 40 miles from Scott). 2 weeks later I get a phone call that the other shelf was in & we scheduled an appointment for install. Scott arrived on time & went right to work. I was so happy with the quality & how they looked, that I made a deal with Scott to purchase 3 more shelves. Again this process went well & not only did I get what I paid for, Scott made the edges around the shelves an inch higher than he was supposed to-(3" instead of 2", this was important because the higher edge held my items in place better) and he also matched the wood to my cabinets. Once again we were very happy with Scott & his work. Well October came & we called Scott & ordered  more shelves, which are in the process of getting made. Scott is a true professional, he explains everything he does, it shows he loves what he does  & his prices are very reasonable considering this is a special order  product. OH and did I mention how great it is to find things in my cabinets???? No more finding items 5 months after the best buy date because they were stuffed inthe back. everything is neat & easy to find. Big thanks to Scott & Shelf Concepts, anything I need that Scott does, he will be my only phone call & anytime I have company, the first thing I do is show off my easy to reach new pull out  shelves. <br />"
