Our job lead, Mike, did a wonderful job walking us through the process and providing constructive feedback and guidance to get us towards an ideal design. He even let us know places where improvements weren't urgent, even if that meant Perdue making less money from us, which is an uncommon level of integrity. The crew working on the job were also great - reliable, hard-working, tidy, and communicative - we especially appreciated that they asked questions when uncertain on how we'd want particular things handled (e.g. light fixture installation) vs just doing what they thought was best, a pattern we've seen with other contractors. "I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."

"I had them come out for a siding quote. We talked about an addition I was interested in and they said they could do it, they gave me what i thought was a good price. I paid 10k for engineering and permitting and at the same time wanted to start the siding right away on the existing structure. It took 2 monthes longer than they promised to get plans back and submitted for permit, I gave them another 40k to start the addition. They sided the house except for the top 2 rows, they said they would finish when siding the addition. They didnt caulk the siding. They took full payment for the siding. 3 monthes after I was told the project was going to start and no permit and the project wasnt started, I told them I wanted to pause the project for personal reasons and I was informed that I would not get my deposit back. I tried to contact the owner multiple times and no response. I gave them a total of 70k and they left my house to rot, didnt even offer to finish the siding."

"The GC, Don came out to give the estimate. He was knalagble and have a detailed list of what was going to be done and how long it would take. The estimate came in half of what the others 3 companies, I'm not sure if this was done on purpose to get the job or not. There was an issue with the old paint that was on the walls prior to starting the job. Don found a solution to fix it for the new paint that was going on over the old paint. This fix was part of the ariganal estimate. The work started on time with Melbin. Melbin had a hard time following the work listed on the estimate. He tried adding thing to the work that was called out for. He also went to the pait store to find out how to deal with the paint issue when that was already addressed. The store associated came up with a different solution that would cost me more for the work. Melbin called Don and Don called me to let me know it would cost me almost as much as the ariganal estimate. Work was stopped for less than half a day."
