He also checked one other VCR; for both, he showed me how to operate them and recommended labeling the remote controls, and changed the on TV labels so I could easily find the correct settings. "No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"The work Luis and Jose did was exceptional. They arrived ahead of schedule. They were both professional and personable. They made sure everything was done correctly and did not rush. It was a difficult job installing a home theater system in a room were you couldn't route wires in the ceiling or under the floor the whole way, so they got creative. They removed the baseboard, carved space into the walls for the wires and then replaced the baseboards. That is something I never would have thought to do. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend New Wave Home Audio to others, and the next time I will ask for Luis and Jose again."

Our installation was very complicated. Each of the two TVs has a unique set up but they also share a full home speaker system. 
We put a mirror (with a frame) over one of the TVs and he even handled that perfectly. 
He and I discussed different little aspects of the plan multiple times to make sure everything was exactly the way that I wanted it.

"We are very happy with our home remodel. Our bathroom and kitchen look very modern and always get compliments. We had our laundry room sectioned off with a pocket door installed. We also received suggestions on what material or design would look best and it was nice to get ideas we hadn’t thought of ourselves. This company is very professional and was very considerate of our needs while still living in the home during the remodel. The work did take a long time to complete due to the small size of this company, but maybe they will have more employees soon. However, the length of the project was balanced out by the cost. Pricing was unbeatable when compared to other quotes. They do a lot of different work and made our home very modern and spacious even though it’s under 900 sq ft! They use quality finishes and pay special attention to detail. I would definitely recommend hiring them for your next project!"
