"MDTECH sent their repair tech Paul to figure out what the issue was. Paul thought it might be the rollers, and he was right. One of the rollers was badly worn, and in less than 30-minutes Paul; vacuumed out the debris from the roller inside of the dryer, replaced both rollers, put the dryer back together, tested it, and was back in his truck off to his next service call. "There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in..
