"Fast Water Heater did not install a drip pan and did not extend the pressure release valve line to the outside. Now they will not take my calls. "

Created and left a pipe sticking out of the lawn which is a tripping hazzard for anybody, especially young kids, and they still expect to get paid in full for awful work. Find someone else that takes pride in how they leave their job for their customers, and would try to resolve any reasonable problems brought up to create a compromise."

They took a few minutes to pet and talk to them which makes for a much quieter and peaceful day. The removal of my old furnace and the installation of the new one was quick, smooth, and done before I expected. Karl had come out and given us a bid previously, he too was interrogated by the dogs, and that was a pleasant experience as well.
