"Excellent experience with Jacob and Blaine from Seatown. They piped a gas line over to the tankless water heater and installed the heater. They removed the old heater and cleaned up the area. The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. We have already booked Seatown to upgrade our electrical panel and replace our old knob and tube wiring and sockets. Highly recommend Seatown."

"Jeremy, our journeyman plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. I think if some rookie or sophomore plumber encountered the slight uneven floor for the toilet install they may have backed out of the project but seeing Jeremy work his skills made the install a breeze. The angle stop valve replacement looked just as easy to install despite the old galvanized pipe that is over 70 years old can potentially be a challenge but he made great work of it."

"Ean is my new handyman! I hired him for 3 jobs. He replaced my rotting deck, replaced a section of siding that was water damaged and patched a hole in another piece of siding that was of of all things a home for woodpeckers that drilled their way in. Ean is so kind and easy to talk to. His estimate was very reasonable and when done it was true to cost. I highly recommend Ean for any work you may need on your home."

"Jordan came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable about my leaky waterheater. He took time to explain why it was leaking and advised me on how to keep the new one maintained. Jordan was very cautious and made sure his mask was on. I really appreciated that! He did an excellent job in installing a new one and made sure things were cleaned up when done. I would refer About Plumbing to anyone and will use them again when needed."

"I appreciated that the company rep did a wonderful job explaining the workings of a heat pump. His explanation made it easy for me to decide to change to a heat pump from my tried and true (and old) gas wall heater. I appreciate the installers, the electricians, and the followup by the company rep after the installation. Love my quiet warm air! I highly recommend West Mechanical!"

"Communication was excellent plumber diagnosed additional problem on shut off-excellent Plumber only quoted a high price to install water outlet NOT to fix shut off problem, I found the price to be way too high for the smaller fix so declined the service to go any further."

"The Seatown team did a great job. I got quotes from 3 different recommended plumbing services, but the Seatown guys were the only ones who recognized we would need to upgrade our gas meter. They did a great job explaining how to get this scheduled with PSE. The estimate Seatown gave was on par with some of the other plumbers, so we went with them. They sent 2 service people to come and install the tankless and the guys were just excellent. I expressed concern about mounting the water heater on the beams in our basement because Our house is so old, so they came up with a better solution. They built a small wall frame to mount the water heater. No extra cost. When they found there was no outlet wired near the heater they were able to get an electrician from Seatown to come out and wire one up while they worked on the water heater install. Seatown aldo had a good scheduling method, sent text reminders the day they were coming to do the work with a photo of the person who was coming and a short set of info about the person. It was a nice touch, and a thoughtful safety measure. They did a great job with the install which took several hours. I’d definitely hire them again."

"I first Met Robert when he installed my water heater that I purchased from local hardware store, the local plumbers only wanted to sell me all kinds of stuff and rack up a huge Bill. I had home install my water heater and expansion tank and service price everything was great saving me money and time. I was so grateful for the experience that I sent all my other plumbing work, kitchen renovation, bathroom fixtures, new shower install, fridge water line, and gas pipe installation for new stove. All the work was done to my standard and I could not be more pleased If I had more work to do he's the guy I call."

"When I inquired about a hot water tank late, on Saturday night, he replied to immediately. He was very informed and professional. His knowledge was very thorough and offered solutions to my individual situations. I felt very comfortable dealing with him, and I recommend talking to him when you have a plumbing problem or a hot water tank Issued that you need an experienced person to assist you."

"Last Thursday my water heater started to leak so it needed to be replaced. On Friday I searched for plumbers in my area on Angi. Alex, the owner of New Moon Handyman and Plumbing, contacted me the next day. He installed my new water heater on Monday. In addition to being prompt, Alex offered me a bid that other larger companies would likely not have been able to match. In my conversations with Alex it became obvious to me that he is a person of integrity. I highly recommend New Moon Handyman and Plumbing to anyone in need of such services."
