He return the next business day on time and repaired our furnace. What I found that was exceptional, is that not only did Tyler diagnose and repair the furnace promtly, he pointed out that the thermostat we had was not the correct thermostat for our 2 stage furnace. Which by the way was the thermostat that had been installed by the company that installed the furnace. Tyler took the time to show me how to replace the thermostat and gave me handwritten step by step directions. The first project was to have carpet removed from our lanai and have ceramic tile installed. Our search for for the best tile installer began and ended with George. He had a great reputation and excellent reviews, so we knew he was our guy. He gave us an estimate in advance, showed up every day on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was completed on time, and because we made change in the size of our tile after his initial estimate, he actually charged us less at the end thank his original quote--the mark of an honest man! "The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"
