That's what I did when hiring Fabiano Construction to build a triple-tiered flower bed on my rooftop with a trellis on my Philadelphia row-home rooftop. I was not disappointed. "Room required complete demolishment of lathe and plaster walls and popcorn ceiling. Also required new insulation as room was cold in winter. The room looks great now with straight walls and ceiling, good workmanship, painting, return of bathroom utilities, and newly sanded and refinished floor. Contractors were on the job everyday between 7:30 and 8:00 and worked very hard, in addition were pleasant to talk to. Would hire again!"
