Since it was late in the day, I waited until morning to call.  Charlie answered his phone after just a few rings.  I told him my problem and where I lived.  He stated he was at a job and would call me later.  He called a few hours later and stated he could stop by and check out the problem.  True to his word, he rang the bell and Charlie and a co worker diagnosed the problem quickly - the pipe was cracked and needed to be replaced.  He had the part that needed replacement and completed the job.  I would definitely call Charlies Plumbing again and recommend his plumbing services.
