"Terrible. Just terrible. Whenever we had a conversation about what was included in our purchase or not, he was ALWAYS switching up his statement. Lou is full of empty promises and we had a poor experience with him. He recommended his brother, Chris Mellilo, to be our contractor. Upfront he seeemed like a good guy but it was our mistake. It took this guy over 6 months to complete 1/2 of our kitchen. BEWARE of Northeast kitchen and his rude and flakey brother who ruined our lives for over 6 months. Find another place to get your cabinets and do not listen to these guys. Terrible, just terrible."

"Terrible. Just terrible. Whenever we had a conversation about what was included in our purchase or not, he was ALWAYS switching up his statement. "I called the Quick Response due to the rating in Angie's list. I needed a new outlet installed for our dishwasher we were installing. They gave me an estimated time (Saturday 5 PM) which both parties agreed to. They contacted me because they were able to come earlier and that suited me fine (4 PM). They were in and out and did professional work. They were extremely friendly. I will definitely contact them again for other electrical jobs. I also asked for a quote for a new electrical box."
