"Kirk did a great job. This was a major remodeling project and he worked through every issue and did a great job. He and Tom showed up every day, when they said they would be here, worked all day. Kirk worked with us to incorporate changes and additions to the project. Customer service was great. After giving us a bid, but before we decided on a contractor, Kirk said he had been to Lowe's and saw a few things we might be interested in. He met us a Lowe's and showed the different flooring and tile choices. He spent most of the rest of the day taking us to places that sell marble and places that sell granite so we could get samples. We made our granite choice that day and hire Kirk at the same time. Great to work with and we would certainly use him again on a project."

"Our deck, steps and railings needed to be re-stained. We already had stain leftover. We had Jose and his workers applied the stain. We thought it had waterproofing included, but didn’t, so they bought water sealant and said they hand apply it with rags-rather than just using a paint brushes or rollers. He said that the sealer soaks into the wood more throughly applying it by hand with rags. Which of course is more labor intensive! To this day, the stain hasn’t worn away! What an amazing job they did and I wish I took pictures of them working, but didn’t."

"I have had over 30 contractors at my home as it has been basically rebuilt.  This company has been the most professional i have dealt with.  Showed up on time, communicated progress, cleaned up at the end of each day COMPLETELY, came with all necessary tools and supplies.
Along the width of the house, all of the walls were removed from the floor to aprox 2 feet.  Lower portion of studs and base plates removed, walls sealed with amazing product, studs, base plate and walls replaced (not the sheetrock).  All lower level floors sealed.
We have had over 5" of rain in the last 24 hours.  This is the first time since i have owned this house that the floors have not flooded when we have saturated soil and heavy rain. 
Incredible product, excellent company.  i highly recommend both.
