"Awful experience. The technician started work, then left and did not show up to any subsequent appointments to finish work. Eventually after setting several appointments and then missing them for various reasons, they just stopped answering the phone. We thankfully were able to find someone else to finish the work and they were horrified by the poor quality of the work-in-progress. "

"Great experience. They toon the time to investigate why my fridge wasn’t cooling and were able to get the freezer working. Also determined that it was a temp fix and that it was time for a new one instead of making me pay exorbitant amounts to get it repaired. The two gentlemen were very professional and took their time to investigate the problem to make a diagnosis. I was charged just for the fee for them to make the diagnosis. Great company. "
