"This review is late in coming and that is on me. My home looks fabulous, Mike and his crew did replacement windows, sided whole house and gave me 2 new porches. Looks like a whole new house. Does top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and treated my house like his own, had a lot of great suggestions. Mike was on the job everyday and his guys were great, and you didn't even know they were there when they left, cleaned up great. Could not beat his prices for the quality of work. I highly recommend Mike to do any job you need on your home. Will definitely be using him again."

"FAMB called and I told the owner what needed done. They knew just what to do after that. Gave me an estimate on one day, started the job the next day and completed. Cleaned up nicely everything pretaining to the fence even cut down a Bush that was in the way that grew there over time. The owner does quality work he and his helper. "Yosuary Diaz is very professional, friendly, responsive, pleasant to work with, and does great work. We were selling our 20 year old townhouse and it needed significant updating. Yosuary gave us a quote significantly less than two other companies and was highly recommended by our realtor. Yosuary and his crew worked on the house non-stop for two weeks, repainting the entire interior and parts of the exterior (with Sherwin Williams!), replacing fixtures, cleaning carpets, refinishing woodwork and power washing the entire exterior and deck. Basically Mr. Diaz does it all, and he has the knowledge and experience to know what improvements sell houses. Also, he is the kind of guy who tells you when a repair is necessary versus replacement, and when something isn't even worth doing at all. What's the proof? "I was combining bright white cabinets on the perimeter of my kitchen with a walnut peninsula.  That required either getting a single granite that would work with both or two granites that would work with the different woods and each other.  I had searched on my own a couple of times and was leaning toward a particular granite.   Nick was able to talk me out of a bad decision.  He then very patiently evaluated dozens of granites with me, pointing out potential problems with some, narrowing down to others.  His expertise with stone helped me to choose beautiful slabs that work perfectly in my kitchen.  I then purchased the slabs and they were delivered to his shop. 
His process (customer buys slab, Nick's crew fabricates the countertop) yields left-over stone in his shop.  From this, he chose a perfect stone for my laundry room.  He measured, then his crew installed a week later.
For the kitchen, he was able to install less than a week after measuring.  That is amazingly fast turnaround for granite fabrication.  The granites were fabricated perfectly and look gorgeous.  Very professional crew.
Overall, it was a terrific experience.  Stonework is as much art as craft.  Nick has great taste and is willing to share that with his customers to help them make great choices.

"After receiving a ridiculous quote from a big box retail store, I decided to try my luck with Granite Works, and I'm glad I did.
The whole process was wonderful-all their staff were courteous and very helpful, and they answered all my questions completely. Their prices are very reasonable, they have a wide variety of options to choose from, they have good deals and specials, and they don't treat you differently if your project is a small one. They were very honest about all the charges, both actual and potential, and they always made sure I was comfortable with everything.

"Our experience with KBR was excellent. We started the renovation process by contacting multiple companies for quotes and designs. KBR was very prompt in response. KBR was always courteous and available at the agreed meeting times. Fatih, our designer, worked with us over multiple visits to help us design the new kitchen and pick out the cabinets, countertops, and hardware. Over a couple of weeks and several meetings, we were able to finalize the layout, cabinetry, countertops and outlets. The final design was set in a walkthrough at our townhouse with Fatih, Adam, the project manager, and Francisco, the technician. The on-site contractors were very courteous and tried extremely hard to keep our house reasonably clean. KBR lined the floors in the kitchen to protect our existing hardwood floor and lined the carpeted stairs from our ground floor to the second floor kitchen. The quality of the final renovation was excellent. As we discovered issues, Fatih, Adam and Francisco were readily available and helpful in resolving these issues. In the end, each issue was resolved to our satisfaction. The project was complete ahead of schedule. Despite the unanticipated issues, KBR was timely, efficient and professional. Furthermore, KBR paid attention to every last detail, including the final repaint of the entire kitchen. We are very happy with the finished product and we highly recommend KBR for those looking to renovate their kitchens."
