He determined the problem (Capicitor) and informed me of the the steps needed to correct. He then quoted me the price (Very Fair}. i gave him the OK to proceed. Problem corrected. I would highly recommend Grove H&C. Their technician was most competent and courteous. Estimate is provided prior to work and the price is very reasonable.
