"We've worked with Family Prestige 2 or 3 times, for garage door repairs to replacement. It's been great. When our garage door was damaged, they came 1 day after the call to survey and recommend a fix. When they couldn't make their scheduled date to install the new door due to another job, they called to notify us they'd be coming the following business day. On the day of installation, they came and 2 hours later were done. The door has worked great since then with no issues. We received the bill by email and paid online. Very easy and dependable."

I opted not to have the outside opener mounted for aesthetic reasons, but I could have had that done at no extra cost. New car fobs were provided. Bob came on a Monday during really bad weather to discuss our needs, and provided me with a proposal. While slightly higher than two others estimates we had received, Bob was able to schedule his installation tech to come two days later, which sealed the deal. I put down 1/3 deposit, and final payment after a demo of the new doors. Both Bob and Rick (the tech) were pleasant and engaging. Overall, a great contractor experience."

"The installer - Jimmy A. Put in two long evenings of work to install the new garage door and automatic door opener. I can only tell you he is one hard working as well as easy to get along with individuals I ve worked with - he willingly put in the long evening hours as a favor to me because I was not able to take off from work during normal working hours. Jimmy did a superb job to install both the garage door the first evening then the automatic garage door opener the second evening. The job was completed on time with no wasted effort. He made sure the garage door and automatic door opener worked really well - explained what he did every step of the way and even took the time to help me program then re-program the remote opener and showed me how to overcome all possible issues that could prevent the door from opening. He even cleaned everything up but also wiped down the door - inside and outside to remove any dirt and smudge marks. I would hire Jimmy and Affordable Door again. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new garage door (of any size). They are well worth the cost."
