"We hired Steve Everett of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen for two remodeling projects in 2012 and another in 2016. We happily award them an A rating. The first time we hired Steve Everett we asked him to remodel our master bathroom, a remnant of the late 1970s. Steve worked with us every step of the way. After carefully measuring the space available, he offered a number of options for how our bathroom might be renovated. Once we decided on the bathroom’s new configuration, styles and colors, Steve and his competent crew went to work. They immediately impressed us by employing large screens and tarps to protect our adjoining rooms and furniture. They took great care to keep dust and disruption to a minimum. Then, after painstaking preparation, they installed a beautiful tile shower and floor and a new cabinet and sink. The quality of their workmanship quickly became apparent as they worked toward project completion. Once complete, we were amazed at how different our upgraded bathroom looked and how DreamMaker made it so much more appealing. We also seemed to gain space, a direct result of Steve Everett’s more efficient design. We love our larger shower and feel much safer with the expanded floor space. After a wonderful first experience with DreamMaker, we again hired Steve Everett to remodel our second bathroom. This time we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed. Then, in 2016, we hired DreamMaker for a third project. We were confident DreamMaker could deliver and that is just what they did. Steve Everett and his DreamMaker crew successfully updated our 1970s era bathrooms bringing them into the 21st century. "Simmons Home Improvement, LLC did a wonderful job on my project. They replaced an attic fan and louver system in my attic over the garage. It was complicated. Demetri made suggestions and recommendations as to the system proposed, work to be done and keep me updated all along the way. They finished the job inside and out beautifully which included installation of the system, electrical and replacing siding that needed to be cut and reinstalled due to adjustments that needed to be made. Demetri and his team were neat, professional and respectful to me and of my property at all times. Thank you Demetri for everything. "I highly recommend City Renovations and Remodeling to new and experienced homeowners and investors. In fact, Mike Wiggs, owner of the company, was highly recommended to me from a trusted source. Mike has been my designer, general contractor and project manager for over three years. He and his team of subcontractors for all the trades and handymen have successfully completed numerous projects for me. The internal big jobs included Mike and his team remodeling my basement into a permitted apartment with an egress window, injection well system, and recessed lighting; remodeling my kitchen into a larger space, better layout and upgraded appliances, cabinets, backsplashes (e.g., switching from an electric cooktop island to a slide-in gas range and installing a peninsula); changing the location of the sliding door and a set of windows in my sunroom for better flow and sightline from the front door entry to the patio door leading to my wooded backyard; replacing the damaged one of the two HVAC systems (i.e., one for the first floor and basement and the other for the second floor); and whole house interior painting and decorative touches (accent walls, trim, etc.) The external big jobs included Mike and his team resolving the sources of severe water damage to my two-story front door entry area and installing a new door, side lites and stoop. He resolved other water problems at my house by installing upgraded, larger gutters connecting to a new underground drainage system, and re-grading a section of the backyard next to my house in order to better collect water coming onto the house and move it away from the house. The other jobs Mike and his team completed include installing decorative lighting in the front of my house and security lighting at the sides and back; installing and repairing wooden privacy fencing in my backyard; washing away years of mold, mildew and stains from the siding of my house; and installing shelving for two closets and the laundry room to increase my storage space. After years of City Renovations and Remodeling successfully improving or repairing my home, I hired the company to help me with an investment rental property. Mike completed a walk-thru assessment and report to supplement the information from the home inspector and appraiser. Through my pre-purchase consultation with Mike, I got a good idea of what it would take improve the property given my goals and budget. Krause Construction is amazing.  Out first meeting was with John Krause who was very professional, arrived on time and answered all my questions, and was very prompt in giving me the estimate.  Our second meeting was with Frank (Project Manager) who is also very professional, answered the questions we had, arranged for our financing, and scheduled the date for the remodel to begin.  Frank was there throughout the entire time, (which did take longer than we all anticipated due to unforeseen problems that were not apparent until after the construction began).  He kept me updated on the budget, answered any questions I had as things arose, updated me on the schedule of things to happen and when, and came by to check on the progress several times throughout the process.  Frank was terrific through the entire remodel.

The crew that came to do the work was outstanding. James, Rob, Matt were very professional, respectful of both our home and our family, and knowledgeable about the construction industry. The work that was done is wonderful, James and his crews definitely pay a great deal of attention to details, and it shows in the tile work, the painting, fixtures. 

The crew covered my floors with tarps, cleaned up after each days work, they left nothing laying around at the end of the day, and all trash was removed daily. Considering the amount of work that needed to be done, the crew did a fantastic job in getting our home back in order. This crew was a great pleasure to work with.

I can't say enough about Krause Construction and the employees.  This is a great company to work with, I will definitely call them for our next remodel.
