"Prompt, friendly and competent service. Very good price with no revisions or add-ons."

"tech was outstanding - its rare you find someone who has years of troubleshooting experience and looks at the entire picture, not just one component in the picture my evaporator condensate line was blocked and his protege used co2 to blow the line out - this was on a unit over 25 years old tucked away in a crevice of the attic filled with blown in insulation1"

"Nice young man did his work and left my place clean. When he finish the job."

"Great service from the start. I was able to set an appointment the day of. Tom was very professional and helped us with all or needs. Looks brand new! Thank you"

"Mr. Ferrell worked with my husband over the phone to fix the problem. It was surprisingly fast and stress-free. To have the work done remotely in less than an hour was wonderful."

"Called them as A/C was not working. They came out and refreshed freon. that was $215 fee. Our A/C was old and we were advised that it may or may not last. We decided to get a new A/C as ours was 20 years old. They advised me of the different models that they work with and gave me a written estimate and let me choose. The.y also subtracted the cost of the freon from the installation cost of a new A/C. One thing that was very impressive was that they were very punctual and gave us estimated time to have work completed. We ran into many other vendors who could not seem to provide accurate information. My wife and I felt an immediate concern for our worries from Oscar. We felt our needs were met and was very happy with service provided. I appreciated the way we were treated. This is a small business that seems to go the extra mile for you."

"Marco from R & G did an excellent job replacing the water heater at my rental property. I have called him many times for a variety of services at different locations. He is very professional, and I recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC services."

"Very good. This was our first time having this done so we didn't know what questions to ask to get a complete estimate. Because of this they added extra services to ensure we would be happy with their work. Very polite and clean. Would definitely hire them again."

"Installed a new AC unit. Great price, efficient work, and very courteous. I would hire them again for the same service or for yearly maintenance."

"The young lady that I spoke to (twice) was very pleasant. I TOLD her it was a very small job and if they were too busy, perhaps they could recommend a handy man or someone who specializes in "little" jobs. She assured me that someone would come out and take a look. NEVER happened, no phone call. Very disappointing."
