"The day before the service, received reminder by e-mail. Day of service, received e-mail with handyman's photo and description. They were on time, actually a little early. Had Cov-id protection. Gave very detailed information on process. Did great work. They couldn't get original trim for the bottom of the shed door; they had to "make it". Loved the whole experience. Can't wait for the doors to come in. I thought the price was reasonable. I actually had already purchased some of the repair material and they were happy to use that. Lon was great when he came to do estimate. Jason and Orlando were excellent with the work - patient, informative, respectful. knowledgeable, careful with my property. Can't wait for the doors."

"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "In general I was very happy with the work performed and must thank Ricardo and his team for their patience and hard work. Ricardo was very prompt in responding to my initial email, came in to look at the work to be performed, and the product (Lumber Liquidator's Tobacco Road Wood). He gave an estimate pretty much on the spot which was nice given I had a short window in which to get the job done. Ricardo is very friendly and open, but incredibly busy which sometimes meant he was hard to get hold of, but connected he was present and in the moment.
His team of workers were just lovely. They came promptly, got to business and worked quickly. I also appreciated that they came to me if they had a question or wanted my opinion on layout. One particular moment stands out re the laying of molding. One end of the floor was higher than we all expected and the guys called me in to discuss. They also called Ricardo and together came up with a few options. In the end we had to go with a temporary solution that is not immediately noticeable (I've tested with friends), which is great.
Ricardo came back a few times to work on the molding, "thank you!".
All in all happy with the work and have no problem calling Five Start back in when ready to do other parts of the apartment.

"Had them remove the large old-school house fan and install a drop-down ladder in it's place. Overall great work. There was one day when the workers came a few hours late, but that happens and is understandable. The only part (which was my error I'm sure) that I was unhappy about was the painting of the door and surrounding ceiling was not included in the price - but I am pretty sure I told about it and simply forgot which was another $250. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
