Charlie the technician came and ran a diagnostic check and was able to find that the fan was not working. He ordered one and Wednesday he put it in and the refrigerator was back to normal in less than 8 hours. he was kind enough to give me a number I could text to let him know what was happening with the refrigerator. All this went on during labor day weekend. He always made us feel like we weren't "bothering" him as we must have text him 3 or 4 times. when he was running late Gail called to let me know when I could expect him.
