"We loved working with DreamMaker. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. I am confident that all the work was done thoroughly and that I will not have any problems in the foreseeable future. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. I would highly recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen because of their ethics in every regard. Their goal is to make your remodeling job as easy for you as possible while providing you with a quality product that you will love."

"I couldn’t be happier with the room, the service, and how Quickly the work got done. My husband build a screened in porch years ago and we wanted it glassed in The guys came out and did a wonderful job considering they had a few minor problems they needed to fix from when my husband built the room years But they were able to fix every problem and I couldn’t be happier"

"Additional work was needed to take the floor and walls down to studs and joists to remove rotten wood, so work took longer than originally estimated. Some items were back-ordered, adding to the length of the project. Workmanship looks excellent. I am very pleased with the new bath!"

"Requested an estimate on two building projects. The estimator arrived promptly at the time specified, took good notes and provided me a written estimate the next day.  I did not have any work performed at that time."

"D&G was great! They kept me informed at every stage, listened to my concerns, and ensured everything was done to perfection. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and the seamless coordination. Highly recommended!"

"I hired JW Home Improvement to remove wood filler and a microwave above my electric stove, and replace it with a pre-made cabinet and new range hood. Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. I am issuing a rating of five out of five stars for his performance."

"Omar and his team led by foreman Juan Carlos have done half a dozen projects around my 120-year old row house in NW DC, and the results are fantastic every time. They built a master closet, which involved moving walls, re-routing ductwork and electrical, and finishing and painting. They also redid my living room, which involved troubleshooting and repairing an old fabric-wire circuit, installing a mounted TV with hidden wiring, and finishing and painting. The jobs were quick and affordable and resulted in top-quality, long-lasting results. I’ll be trusting them to build my new double-decker covered porch scheduled for later this year. Thanks Omar, Juan Carlos, and Bonifacio!"

"We are very pleased with the firm and the quality of the finished product. We remodeled the kitchen, several other areas of the 35 year old house we had bought including painting, light fixtures, front porch, and bathrooms. The total project cost was about 60-70k. Steve and his team were courteous, professional, accommodating all our requests and changes made as the work progressed. We were managing the project long distance but the firm kept us fully and promptly informed even meeting us in person on weekends since that was convenient to us. Steve is very good and knowledgeable and up to date in his fields. He listens well, is very patient, pays significant attention to detail and provides excellent advice on choices to be made. The project was completed on time and within agreed upon budgets. Have been very pleased with the outcome and the work so far. We would very highly recommend the firm for any type of remodeling work."

"The five-month journey that we spent with Chris, Nicoleta, Nate, Elmer and all the team at GSB Builders has beaten any of our expectations and delivered a beautiful second-floor addition, which includes a master suite and office space. After a lot of hesitation, Chris, Nicoleta and Nate convinced us to take the step forward, captured our main ideas and proposed a design that has greatly improved, not only the space and appeal of our own house, but also the neighborhood. We really appreciated their listening to our ideas, down-to-earth and professional demeanor, and knowledge about all aspects of the construction which helped us overcome our initial fears ahead of an unknown journey. The construction was well executed by a professional team led by Elmer which was always friendly, tidy and respectful of the family’s privacy while workers had to enter the house. Their work ethic and professionalism is truly impressive. We valued the extreme responsiveness of Chris and Nicoleta during critical moments, such as during a thunderstorm which damaged part of the roof under construction. The GSB Builders team reacted swiftly to repair the parts damaged by the unexpected weather conditions, which avoided further damage to the house and major disruption in the family’s life. We truly appreciated Nicoleta’s design expertise and knowledgeable guidance on choosing bathroom fixtures, and her overall warm and approachable personality, which made this project also really fun. In fact, over the course of working together, we have come to appreciate each other deeply and have come to view Nicoleta and Chris as friends of the family. No major construction project is without bumps and stress along the road, and ours was no exception. What mattered is that we were always able to rely to the GSB team to do their best to rectify any problem and solidify our trust. We will continue working with the company on other projects in the future and will recommend their service to friends and family without any hesitation."

"We contracted Simmons Handyman Services to perform some much needed work at a rental townhouse and was impressed from the start. From replacing bathroom vanities, flooring, plumbing, electrical repairs to building a new front cement stairs, Simmons Handyman Services can handle everything. Mr. Simmons was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and competent. He was very accommodating and always available to answer questions. We are very satisfied with the quality of work, but mainly his work ethic, which is rare these days. We are glad to have finally found a contractor to handle all of our future needs and will not hesitate to use his services again."
