"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"We chose BeastBay Plumbing for a complete home repipe after meeting with several companies. Ron Buris and Jovon were professional and promised great service, which is why we hired them. I requested the work be permitted. The crew worked hard, but cleanup could have been better. Unfortunately, the day after the job was completed, a newly installed pipe behind our chimney leaked, soaking our brick fireplace. They repaired it, but it leaked again a couple of days later, causing more water damage. We had to shut off our water and went without water until Monday because no technician was available Sunday. I was told someone would bring fans to dry the area, but no one came, so I rented them myself. The city later failed the inspection, requiring additional corrections. We paid quite a bit for this project. After final payment, communication became very poor. I expected better follow-up and accountability for a job of this size."

"Leo and Tony and Able are wonderful and amazing. They installed new shut off valves throughout the house and the main. New P-traps throughout, power washed all my decks and fixed two leaks on the second floor and repaired the ceiling. The most beautiful work was installing a new bathtub and tile surround. Able is an artist! Leo is so fair and honest and his team just works hard every minute they were at my house. Came when they said they would. Gave me updates. Did additional work that I asked them for. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"This wasnâ t a repair. It was a maintenance service. These ratings are primarily based on the technician who was great to work with."

"Everything was great, and did not let over 100 degrees in garage or a huge spider at the water shut off keep them from getting job done right. So pleased with job, I hired them to do another, that has been needing done for decades, and they were smart enough to let me know they could finally take care of it. Hire them, real nice, professional, very knowledgable and actually left the area cleaner than when they started."

"Carlos and his crew are awesome, very professional & efficient. Carlos came to my sister house to fix the sink. When fixing the sink Carlson noticed that the floor was weak, Carlos had one of his worker go under the house, and notice that the floor was damaged and said that there were termite. My sister asked Carlos if he could fix the floor, Carlos said yes he said that he would examine the damage then give us a quote on the job. Carlos gave a reasonable quote and my sister hired him to do the job. Carlos and his crew were kind thoughtful thorough out the process My sister would definitely recommend C & C Plumbing to other looking for plumbing needs or any other work needed to be done Mary A."

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."

"I needed a tankless water heater in an attic troubleshot, as a plumber myself I could not figure out why a brand new water heater kept turning off. James within seconds figured out issue. Thanks to James I can breath again."

"Michael Smith gave us a very excellent service. Weâ re so happy to have him fix our big problem with the water leak infront of our house. He has really a great knowledge and the best quick service performance.. We truly appreciate your help. More power to the company!"

"It went very well; the thorough HVAC system checkup revealed some questionable component that were best suggested to be replace with new ones. I am not confident that my HVAC system is set for more that good performance going forward. I appreciated the non-pressured advice and suggestions in coming to my decisions. Thank you, Joaquin Ortiz."
