Screaming profanities in my home, never working, my husband ended up asking Shawn to leave. One of Bathrooms needed to be redone, because Shawn did all the work incorrectly. Mike had the nerve to tell me "he was losing money this job." Well, Mike never checked the other areas Shawn had finished. I had to redo my kitchen plumbing 5 years and ago. I also have had to replace my shower tile due to the incompetence of this company. No apologies, or accountability for the disaster. He wasn’t sure why water was appearing on the floor, but felt it may be due to some clogging of a PVC drain tube. He said it was not possible to simply clean it out, but it should be replaced at a cost of another $250 (for a pipe?). We declined. We subsequently had another repairman come in who said there is no problem cleaning the tube and did so. The material clogging the pipe is shown in the photo."
