"Met contract obligations with skilled carpenters. Although the selection of materials were limited, we found something in the end."

"Our WS Flooring experience was fantastic! Wayne Settle paid close attention to all the details for a quality installation. He also took the time necessary trying to locate materials that matched our existing wood flooring. Exact color matched flooring materials were not available, so he took raw wood samples, hand stained the samples with different stains, showed us the results, then we selected the perfect color match. The end result was excellent, and we were extremely satisfied. Outstanding performance Wayne... Thank you!"

"We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed throughout the house, and the results are flawless. The installers were professional and respectful of our home. Great experience overall."

"I was very pleased with the work and how the job turned out. I went to different places looking for the exact color scheme I wanted to match my cabinets. When measuring my kitchen the owner said he had the exact piece for me. I trusted his judgement ( tho I was nervous). The countertops were just right! After being in my house for over a year I am happier now than ever with my purchase. The guys that installed them were nice also."

"Replaced old linoleum flooring with Pergo wood laminate flooring in kitchen. Friendly, professional gentleman with attention to detail who got the flooring done concisely and in a timely manner. Excellent work ethic, which is a rare find these days. Highly recommended!"

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"Very polite, punctual, good quality work. Would definitely hire again."

"Carlos and his team were amazing! They installed a new Ikea kitchen and they did not cut and corners. They were professional, efficient and did quality work. Very happy with their service and happier with how my new kitchen turned out. Highly recommend!"

"Very well. Came in on time Friday morning, noting that a blizzard was in the forecast for Saturday, they decided to stay all day Friday to complete the service. Flooring looks great."
