They said they did not have enough technicians, and they were busy, but they took care of my problem. They were supposed to come at 4:00 (but came) at 8:00 or 9:00 a few times. Not good at all. Their professionalism was good. I think we have a five year warranty,"

"Very easy to set up appointment.  Owner patiently answered all my questions and suggested best configurations.  Technician showed up on time.
I did not rate A for quality because 1) installation technician did not clean up. I had to sweep the garage floor multiple times to remove wire pieces, and most annoyingly, many staples used to secure wires on the wall.  2) although all three doors were tuned during installation, one of them began to have loud squeaking noises after one month.  I finally contacted the company three months after installation about the noise issue.  They sent technicians out on the same day and fixed it for me.
