"We had another plumber come out & they were unable to correct a leak in our kitchen faucet. That plumber recommended we buy a new faucet, which we did. Luckily this "other" plumber did not charge us. Once we purchased a new faucet, I got this big deal to have it installed. The faucet was likely original to our 24 year old home. The plumbers could not free the nuts from the faucet & I recommended they just cut it out. The only small issue we had was that they came to our house much later than promised. In their defense they were repairing a major leak in someone's basement & they wanted to clean up before arriving."

This time we had wallpaper removal and interior painting done, all excellent. Jim did a kitchen gas stove and fridge repair for us. He repaired and replaced two lights and a room fan for us. Laundry room and second bathroom flooring was replaced and updated. Replaced a gutter downspout. Built two patio access stairs which was a big improvement. He has great attention to detail and makes sure that the finish work is perfect. Replaced garbage disposal and electric outlets and ceiling fans, and floor transitions. He was able to do everything on my list at very reasonable prices."

They gave me my receipt plus explained that there is a warranty which is transferrable which is nice because I am selling my house. I was very pleased. I was told when I scheduled my appointment that if the tub had been previously refinished that there would be an additional $100.00 charge so it was more than I expected but it was well worth the price. I will be scheduling with them again since I bought a new house!
